BLF-16 structure

The wall structure is made of 4 layers of materials: the outermost layer is the sheet metal layer, followed by the 50mm ultra-thick sound-absorbing sponge, followed by the 12mm thickness soundproof wooden board, and the last layer (also the interior layer) is 9mm polyester fiber acoustic panel.

The 1.8-meter-wide back is made into a linked wall, which can maximize the area utilization of the sound absorption and sound insulation effect of the 4-layer structure, so that indoor noise can be absorbed more effectively; at the same time, outdoor noise can also be greatly reduced. After the noise reduction, it penetrates into the room in the form of weak sound waves with low amplitude. The effect is very amazing: indoor sound insulation is 30 to 35 decibels, and some frequency noise can be reduced by 35 to 40 decibels; outdoor sound insulation is 40 to 45 decibels, and some frequency noise can be reduced by 45 to 50 decibels.
