Innovative meeting pod

XDH-19 is basic on BLF-11 design, and is its enlarged size upgrade version. The idea came from a circular soundproof booth for single use. Later we discovered that the ring-shaped soundproof pod for one person can also be expanded into a soundproof cabin for 2 people. In view of the weird appearance of the loop phonebooth, we modified the appearance of the work pods for office for 2 people and made it the current stylish and simple image. Through the observation and analysis of things, our company actively mobilizes all design, finance, publicity and other forces such as the R&D department, business department, and finance department to constantly explore new fields, design, develop and sell new products. Main configuration of XDH-19

The main data of soundproof pods for meetings are reflected in sound insulation, ventilation, quietness, safety, etc. The design of the XDH-19 precisely matches these requirements.

In terms of sound insulation: The results of the XDH-19 test using speakers to play music in a 400-square-meter exhibition hall are as follows:

1. Isolate external sounds. When music is played at a distance of about 1 meter outside the pod, when the sound reaches 90 to 100 decibels, it will be reduced by 35 to 40 decibels when it reaches the cabin.

2. Inner sound isolation: When music is played in the cabin and the sound reaches 90 to 100 decibels, the sound transmitted outside the cabin within 1 meter will be reduced by 39.5 decibels.

Note: Since the sound of music is regular and not noise, the melody tested in the cabin can be heard even 2 meters away when the cabin door is closed. However, in practical applications, the sound of ordinary people talking is around 50 to 60 decibels. Observers at a distance of 1 meter outside the cabin can hardly hear the voices of users inside the cabin.

2. Quiet, efficient and quiet ventilation

Our ventilation system consists of 2 12V fans, 4 air inlets & 1 exhaust outlet. 12V is the most suitable fan after we tried all the fans. Because it only has 20 decibels of sound. When it is placed on the roof of the ceiling and turned on, there is basically only a low sound of 5 to 10 decibels in the cabin when it open. It is very quiet. It also has low energy consumption, with two fans using a total of 112W for 8 hours. The exhaust effect is very significant, and paper towels can even be tightly attached to the exhaust vent in the cabin.

3.Safety

We fully consider the safety of our customers in our design. All glass used is ECO tempered glass. The two pieces of ECO tempered glass behind are for escape exits. Even if the customer is trapped in the cabin, if an Emergency Life Saving Hammer is prepared in the cabin, they can use it to break the two pieces of back glass at any time. The glass fragments have rounded corners and will not cut human skin tissue, making it very safe.
