The BLF-05 features a sophisticated four-layer wall construction specifically engineered for exceptional sound insulation. The outermost layer consists of 1mm of sound-insulating sheet metal, followed by a 50mm layer of sound-absorbing sponge, a 12mm sound-insulating board, and a 9mm sound-absorbing fiberboard. This layered design effectively blocks external noise while also dampening sounds produced inside the booth, reducing the amount of noise that escapes. Additionally, the front and back panels are crafted from 8mm thick eco-friendly tempered glass, which, in the event of breakage, shatters into safe, arc-shaped fragments to ensure user safety and prevent injury.

The sound insulation effect of BLF-05 is very powerful. If internal noise reaches 80~90dB, the inner soundproof about 30~35dB; If external noise reaches 80~90dB, the external soundproof about 34~39dB. And inner sound insulation is main function of soundproof booth.
