The walls of the BLF-05 are designed with a four-layer material system that provides exceptional sound insulation. The outermost layer consists of 1mm sound-insulating sheet metal, followed by 50mm of sound-absorbing sponge, a 12mm sound-insulating board, and a 9mm sound-absorbing fiberboard. This layered construction effectively blocks external noise while also absorbing sounds produced inside the booth, significantly reducing the volume that escapes. Furthermore, the front and back panels are constructed from 8mm thick eco-friendly tempered glass. Should the glass break, the resulting shards will have arc-shaped edges, ensuring safety and minimizing the risk of injury.
The sound insulation effect of BLF-05 is very powerful. If internal noise reaches 80~90dB, the inner soundproof about 30~35dB; If external noise reaches 80~90dB, the external soundproof about 34~39dB. And inner sound insulation is main function of soundproof booth.
