The walls of the BLF-05 are constructed with a four-layer material system designed for optimal sound insulation. Starting from the exterior and moving inward, the layers consist of a 1mm sound-insulating sheet metal, followed by 50mm of sound-absorbing sponge, a 12mm sound-insulating board, and a 9mm sound-absorbing fiberboard. This layered design effectively blocks external noise while also absorbing sound within the booth, minimizing the volume that escapes outside. Additionally, the front and back panels are made of 8mm thick eco-friendly tempered glass. In the event of breakage, the glass shards will form arc-shaped fragments, ensuring safety and preventing injury.

The sound insulation effect of BLF-05 is very powerful. If internal noise reaches 80~90dB, the inner soundproof about 30~35dB; If external noise reaches 80~90dB, the external soundproof about 34~39dB. And inner sound insulation is main function of soundproof booth.
